Olivia Palermo may just be Instagram’s original beauty muse. OG It girls have long caramel hair, thick brown and a preference for smoky eye makeup.
But even now-15 years after we met her at The Hills-Palermo still offers stunning makeup, as shown in the film premiere of Gucci House in New York as shown below.

Palermo was put on makeup by her long-time artist Andrea Tiller, who wore the most incredible golden and charcoal wings with smoky eyes and thick eyelashes. Her skin is flawless and her lips are classic nude. Paired with expensive, super shiny waves, it is the perfect beauty inspiration for the party season and an inspiration source for Instagram save folders.
Palermo also kindly shared a product glitch, including an innovative lipstick hack, which included a pump of her own Olivia Palermo beauty serum to relieve dryness after the flight (genius, really).
On the skin, Tiller used Olivia Palermo Beauty Prime Time Illuminating Serum, followed by Charlotte Tilbury Light Wonder foundation. On the eyes, there are Skyline Dusk from Olivia Palermo Beauty Eyeshadow Palette from Soirée & Citrine Envy, and Pat McGrath Celestial Odyssey Palette with Dior Beauty Liquid Liner. Palermo's eyebrows are made of Anastasia Beverly Hills brow powder, while the lips are made of Santa Fe's Olivia Palermo Beauty Matte Lipstick and the above serum. Finally, finish the makeup with the mist of Olivia Palermo Beauty Pre-Show Mattifying Mist.
The serum lipstick hack is especially useful, especially if you find that your lipstick often cracks or dries out. Palermo's Beauty Prime Time Illuminating Serum contains peptides, hyaluronic acid and pearl pigments, which can moisturize and brighten. It can be used on the entire skin, lips or mixed in foundation.
