Make your house a home-no need to spend your deposits or savings.

The interior enthusiasts Whinnie Williams and Tyler West of Flat Out Fabulous from BBC Three have provided many quick fix solutions to transform your interior design-from modernizing the bathroom with a pen to making white appliances look kitsch.

Before the second series that started on iPlayer this Sunday, the pair told Siobhan O'Connor how to dress your home cheaper.

Whinnie said: "This is a great way to make it look kitsch and make the kitchen look neater."

MDF cabinet doors, £2 to £10: cabinet doors and handles can always be easily replaced.

Whinnie said: "In my house, I can't buy the colored doors I want, so I only cut MDF and I can paint them in any color."

Taylor added: "eBay has a lot of good choices. People will tear off kitchens from the 60s and push them on eBay-just don't search for "vintage" because they will be marked. Look for old doors-you just You can buy them for a few pounds."

Sticker, £5.97: The countertop can be easily covered with a sticker.

You can get an artificial marble countertop that looks like a real deal.

Whinnie said: “Decorate the table to distract your attention. Use leftover fabrics, such as scarfs for table runners and ribbons for decoration-you can also use it to tie tableware and crockery together to make it look more fancy. Very fancy. Suitable for Christmas table beautification."

Dye dust flakes, £3.99: Put the dye for old bed sheets in the washing machine for recycling.

Whinnie said: "This is a quick and easy way to turn them into curtains, and the cost is almost zero-you may have put a dust cloth in the attic."

Carpet on the carpet, £15: A dyed carpet can ruin a room, but it is expensive to replace. Taylor said: "Learn to hide what you don't like.

FELT-TIP TILES, £4: Use your craft skills and color on the bathroom walls.

Whinnie said: "The hotel I went to the other day was covered with boring white tiles, but with bright blue grout, it looked very cool and unique.

"Using a grout pen on the lines between the tiles will immediately beautify the bathroom-when you move out, you can repaint them white."

Stick to vinyl, £15: Floor tiles can make or break a bathroom, but replacement costs are high.

Whinnie recommends the simple paste version-if you want, you can cover the entire floor and walls and peel off when you leave.

If this is the case in the bedroom, just hang curtains from ceiling to floor on each wall to turn it into a stuffy boudoir.

Whinnie said, "Take a plank and drill it to the top of the wall. This only requires screws on both sides, which can then be filled with Polyfilla.

"Put the curtains on the wood. If you choose plush fabric, it will give the room a comfortable feeling."

Taylor said: "Most of my furniture is either free or I paid some money. I bought an IKEA mirror worth 70 pounds and the chair is also free."

The following are important tips for Tyler and Whinnie looking for second-hand furniture.
